DESTINY HELPERS

 

Many pray fervently for destiny helpers, men like angels and angels like men, little did they know that it is something to pray for destiny helpers, it is another to attract them. Even when God decide to answer such prayer by sending divine helpers, such might loose their answers due to hostility and unfriendliness.  

Ill-manner and toxicity can shut the door that prayer opened. The mindset of ' if its mine, it will remain' have robbed many of healthy connections and productive relationships. You have to work on yourself to attract the help that you desire.

'And he lift up his eyes and looked, and, lo, three men stood by him: and when he saw them, he ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself toward the ground' Gen.18:2KJV

The messengers were not actually going to Abraham's house, seeing them from afar, he ran to meet them and invited them for a meal. He recognized that these men were not mere men, but the messengers of God, he bid them to take a rest in his tent, and took care of them. Although, they were not sent to Abraham but by that simple act, Abraham repositioned himself into their agenda on earth and his long awaited promise became a reality. He didn't even pray for a visitation, but his good works spoke for him.

'One day Elisha went to Shunem. And a well-to-do woman was there, who urged him to stay for a meal. So whenever he came by, he stopped there to eat' 2Kings 4:8NIV

Another case study was the Shunamite woman whose hospitality towards the prophet of God paved way for her own miracle. Elisha never purposed in his heart to visit the woman, but out of her kind heart and reverence for the God of Elisha, she feeds and houses him whenever he went to Shunem. Her sacrifice spoke for her and her barrenesss came to an end. 

Lot recognizing the messengers of God rescued them from the wicked men of Sodom and Gomorrah, in turn, his life and daughters were spared when the city was about to be destroyed. How hospitable are you towards strangers and those around you? Do you show kindness and care towards men God has placed above you?

Many even try to judge people base on the physical look considering if they really look like those who could really help or offer anything good, If Haman had been hostile towards his slave girl, he would've died a leper, who would've thought the slave girl would have the solution to her master's problem. God will not sound an alarm that the helper is on the way, once such opportunity is lost, restoration will only take God's uncommon grace. Don't compete with your potential helper, Be humble, kind and hospitable to all, and in little or no time, your expectation will become a manifestation.
