UNDER HIS WINGS
"He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart." Psalm 91:4 NIV
The dwelling place of the children of God is UNDER HIS WINGS, that is where we find refuge and comfort. Our heavenly father is a protector, He will not allow our feet to be moved because He is our rock and our shield.
"The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold." Psalm 18:2 NIV
The Lord is our rock, He shields us from every attack of the evil ones. He keeps us safe under his wings thereby taking up all our battles and granting us victory. No matter what is going on around us, no matter the death rate, no matter the calamities, no matter the hardship, no matter the situation others are going through, the Lord will always be our shield, He will keep us safe under is wings.
"A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee." Psalms 91:7 KJV
Fear not, even when many fall by your side, His word said no evil shall come near us. That is because our rock and our shield is alive forever more, He will never for once sleep, neither shall He for once slumber. He keeps all his children UNDER HIS WINGS.
Do not allow fear to take you away from his protection, do not allow doubt and unbeliever to pluck you away, trust in the Lord and in the power of His might and your safety in sure in Him.
UNDER THE WINGS of the almighty God is a place meant only for the children of God. Have you seen a duckling under the the wings of a mother hen? Never!
“Because he loves me,” says the Lord , “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation.” Psalm 91:14-16 NIV
“If you love me, keep my commands." John 14:15 NIV
UNDER HIS WINGS is for those that love him. We can't claim we love Him when we don't keep His commandment. Just like the sheep harken to the voice of the shepherd, the children of God harken to the voice of the Father. When we love the Lord with all our heart, strength and might, He keeps us close to Him So that no evil will befall us. He will never suffer our feet to be moved. He will never allow us to be cut off by the enemy.
Are you a stranger to Him and you desire sure protection from the powers of the enemy, why not make up your mind and come back to him, His arms are wide open to receive you. Do you know Him once, but have allowed the cares of this world to snatch you away from Him, why not be reconciled back to Him, He is earnestly waiting for you. In Him is sure protection.
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28 NIV
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." John 14:6 NIV
