THE KEY TO SUPERNATURAL
"And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire." Hebrews 1:7 KJV
The will of God for his people is to be a flame of fire on earth. The Lord made his ministers a flame of fire burning continuously for him. When fire burns, it gives LIGHT and HEAT.
The heat from fire destroy anything that cannot withstand it, so also when the fire in a believer keep on burning, everything that is not of God is destroyed. When a stove is cold, ants and cockroaches can be found on and around it, but once it is lighted, it start getting hot and the insects around flee while the stubborn ones gets destroyed. When the Lord set his children ablaze with his fire, everything that is not of God in and around them flees or gets destroyed.
The fire also give light as it burns, so the more the fire in you keep burning, the more you give light for other, as a light of this earth, the light you emit must lead other to Christ. Men must see your light and glorify your father in heaven. When the fire burns in you, God will perform wonderful signs through you that will lead men to him.
"If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master's use, and prepared unto every good work." 2 Timothy 2:21 KJV
The criteria to getting this fire is to purge yourself from every works of the flesh. When you purge yourself, you will be made a vessel unto honour prepared unto every good works. Do you desire power, are you tired of being ordinary, do you desire the supernatural, you have to first of all purge yourself from all lust, anger, hatred, envy, you have to let the old nature in you die completely, then you can be entrusted with the power you desire. Then you can indeed start burning for God like a fire that you are.
“No one sews a patch of unshrunk cloth on an old garment. Otherwise, the new piece will pull away from the old, making the tear worse. And no one pours new wine into old wineskins. Otherwise, the wine will burst the skins, and both the wine and the wineskins will be ruined. No, they pour new wine into new wineskins.” Mark 2:21-22 NIV
When you pour new wine into an old bottle, the old bottle will burst, when you use a new piece of cloth to patch an old garment, the old garment gets torn the more, even so When a man possesses power and annointing without crucifying completely the flesh, the power may end up destroying such man.
'Samson said, “Let me die with the Philistines!” Then he pushed with all his might, and down came the temple on the rulers and all the people in it. Thus he killed many more when he died than while he lived.' Judges 16:30 NIV
Samson was a man chosen by God to deliver his people from the enemy. He was filled with tremendous power like such as never been seen before, he alone killed many enemies that rose against his people all by himself, but because of the works of the flesh manifesting in him, because of lust, he killed himself. When the spiritual entangles with the flesh, it will always birth disaster.
"He turned around, looked at them and called down a curse on them in the name of the Lord . Then two bears came out of the woods and mauled forty-two of the boys." 2 Kings 2:24 NIV
Due to anger, Elisha placed a curse on the little boys making jest of him of being bald, and two female bear came out of the forest and kill them all. That is what happens when the works of the flesh is not fully taken care of. When anointing comes before purging, it may end up destroying the carrier (like the case of Samson) or it might end up destroying others at any provocation (like the case of Elisha). Purge yourself completely from every works of the flesh, then you will be made a vessel unto honour, then you will have access to the supernatural.
