There was a call upon the disciples to be carriers of the gospels, to work signs and wonders, to bring certain dimensions of God into manifestation in their time, but upon ascension, Jesus instructed them to tarry in Jerusalem. Although, they were on course to spread the gospel beyond Jerusalem but at that moment, He indulge them to remain in Jerusalem until they receive the promise of the Father. It is a thing to receive the instructions, it is another thing to know when to execute. The disciples needed more than the call to succeed in their God’s given assignment, they needed more than passion or zeal, they needed something more than the ordinary, something beyond the natural to indeed manifest God’s glory in their time.   Have you ever wondered why God entrusts some people with great responsibilities that comes with loads of benefits? Why God grant some grace and anointing with unction to function on a huge platform? What is it about these men that makes God single them out for such uncommon enablement for great exploit? Most times, it is their TRACK RECORD OF FAITHFULNESS. ‘His Lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy Lord’ Matt. 25:21KJV These men were faithful in little things, so God made them rulers over great things. Faithfulness in little things is the prerequisite for divine promotion because faithfulness in little things is faithfulness in great things (Luke 16:10).   Many pray fervently for destiny helpers, men like angels and angels like men, little did they know that it is something to pray for destiny helpers, it is another to attract them. Even when God decide to answer such prayer by sending divine helpers, such might loose their answers due to hostility and unfriendliness.  

'While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled.' John 17:12 KJV

BE WATCHFUL: A WAKEUP CALL Considering the happenings around us, the pandemics, rumours of war here and there, outrageous wicked deeds of men, extremes of weather conditions, various predictions about the world ending and so on, it is an undeniable truth that the end is truly near but the disheartening fact is that the so called beloved awaiting the coming of the bridegroom are sleeping and slumbering.

ASHAMED OF CHRIST? It is disheartning that many believes are ashamed of Jesus. They express their new life in Christ in secrecy so men will not mock or persecute them. The are shy to showcase the wonderful virtues that God has given to them. They are afraid to be questioned, querried or confronted by men, so refuse to even talk about Jesus to their peers. Do you know many believers keep their bible in bags and purses on their way to church so people wont see them with one? Many refuse to declare their stand before men because it might make them miss out on some favours.

ENMITY BETWEEN MAN AND SATAN There are people who profess to be servants or worshippers of the devil, little did they know that they are walking into their own doom. The enmity between man and satan has been established even from the beginning of times, satan has nothing but fierce hatred for humanity irrespective of religion, race or gender.

THE FALL OF LUCIFER God did not create a Satan,  God created a Lucifer,  a perfect and brilliant creature embedded with beauty. It was his ungodly desire that made him what he became. The same way God didnt created a wicked world, God created a perfect world because He saw what he created and it was good, but the desire and choices men made and are still making made this world a wicked world.

KNOW YOUR ENEMY 1 It is expedient  that believers know who their arch enemy is, his weapons of warefare,  and how he operate, this will prevent us from being a victim of his wiles and schemes.
